Hi,
I am an small but incredibly stable electrical contractor who has been steadily growing over the past years and am now ready for a part time bookkeeper. I have almost zero debt and lots of work on the books. This job also includes the paperwork part of the business and could include anything you may have skills to do besides simple bookkeeping, as in you will be the entire office staff
(besides me). Experience and full knowledge of quick books is an absolute must, although I will pay for continuing education classes in same. I have a natural cleaning company that is in its infancy and a torrent of other projects always in the works. I have a beautiful fully equipped private office for this position. I would like to find someone independent enough to operate a bookkeeping service from my office making a win win situation for all. My business is dedicated to high end specialized work and my young and inspired crew of geniuses needs a worthy intelligent hard working fearless office to back them up! This is a W-2 position, I do not do underhanded stuff at all anywhere,no 1099 tricks! I am looking for someone to start with in 3 months but could be ASAP. Although we work in a casual atmosphere, absolute integrity and professionalism is expected.
The hours can be flexible as long as the work gets done, I expect at least 20+ hours per week.
